At Lehman College, students will experience a vibrant Bronx campus that combines academic excellence, career preparation, and community pride.

During the visit, students will:

  • Explore Academic Programs: Learn about Lehman’s signature programs in Nursing, Education, Business, and the Arts, as well as growing fields such as Computer Science and Health Sciences.
  • Discover College Opportunities: Learn about opportunities including undergraduate research, study abroad, and career-connected internships that help students prepare for life beyond college.
  • Hear from Current Students: Meet Lehman student Visit Guides who will share their personal college journeys, including overcoming challenges, finding community, and building a sense of belonging on campus.
  • Learn About College Life: Gain a realistic understanding of balancing coursework, extracurricular activities, and work while navigating college.
  • Explore Financial & Campus Resources: Learn about financial aid, scholarships, and campus resources available to support students throughout their college experience.


Please Note: 
  •  CUNY Explorers tour at Lehman College are open to all 6th-10th grade middle and high school students, as well as Community Based Organizitions (CBOs) that serve this grade range. 
  • There is a walking portion of the tour. Please advise students to wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the tour/weather 
  • Groups exceeding out student limit may be turned away or required to reschedule tours. Please confirm your number of students accurately when registering and submitting rosters.
