Tanathia is a senior majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Dance. She is passionate about promoting health and wellness within the education system and is committed to helping children build awareness of holistic health from a young age. Throughout her academic journey, she has developed a strong interest in nutrition, recognizing its essential role in overall well-being and in her own personal health story. Her eagerness to explore the world has taken her to countries like Japan and South Korea, where traveling further strengthened her curiosity about nutrition. Experiencing new cultures and trying diverse foods has broadened her understanding of how nutrition shapes lifestyle, culture, and personal wellness, especially within children.
